When Passion Meets Entrepreneurship

The birth of Angie's Bikkles came about through the convergence of passion and love. Maureen Hucey, the owner and operator of Angie's Bikkles, has always been known by those around her for her delicious baking and cooking. She can always be found inviting others to her dinner table or going out of her way to bring delight to others by making savory dishes. That is the same atmosphere she tries to bring to every customer, the personal attention of dining at her dinner table.

After being in the food industry for almost three decades, the next natural step was to open a restaurant. It was a long held desire. Part of the vision that Maureen had in mind was to preserve the authentic taste of the Caribbean. Maureen was born in Jamaica and her aim is to infuse some of her cultural heritage into Fort Worth.

As you partake of Angie’s Bikkles’ authentic cuisines, not only will you be transported to the Caribbean, but you will taste and feel in every bite the passion Maureen has for her culinary craft and the love she has for everyone she serves.

Guests are invited to try the moist and perfectly seasoned Jerk Chicken; fall in love with the savory oxtails, so tender they melt in your mouth and be refreshed by their popular pine ginger drink.
